This is a higher intensity gym class designed to get your heart pumping. This class combines strength training on our hydraulic gym machines to build muscle and body weight-based, functional movements. Several factors can show how fit we are in terms of our cardiovascular ability, including our heart rate and breathing while exercising. Performing intervals of cardio can help strengthen your heart and improve your circulatory system.
