And the functional fitness moves you’ll perform in between strength training exercises are just like the ones you alternate in-club. Similar to your full body workout at Curves, with MyCurves On Demand you work all the major muscle groups and receive the same great health and fitness benefits of Curves’ 20+ years of research and results.
